For your very first time please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment, so we can help you become accustomed to the spa layout and assist you in filling out any relevant forms and for you to enjoy a herbal tea and start unwinding.

The Spa is an area of relaxation and tranquility. We ask that you help us maintain the peace and serenity of all relaxation areas. Please leave your mobile phone and pager turned off in your locker.

The Spa is non-smoking area.

Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear. We provide you with a robe and slippers for most treatments. Disposable underwear is provided for all body treatments and water therapies.

We suggest you do not bring your valuables to the Spa.

You must be over the age of 16 years to utilise the Spa facilities.
